Get married in Norway
Our planning fee is normally between NOK 50.000 - 80.000.

On your wedding day we are there to coordinate and oversee all the logistics on your behalf, so that your day runs smoothly. We start in the morning, and sometimes we leave you late in the evening depending on your arrangement.
We are dedicated to making your wedding day a memorable and seamless experience. Should you have any further questions or need additional information, please do not hesitate to reach out.
During the planning in advance, we take charge of sourcing and negotiating prices from various suppliers necessary for your wedding, collaborating with top professionals in each field. It's worth noting that the scale of your guest list often influences the overall wedding expenditure.
Please note that our collaboration officially commences upon receipt of a written agreement from your end. This ensures clarity and mutual understanding of the terms and services offered.
We’re located just outside Oslo, but all of Norway is our canvas. Let’s work together!

You don't have to be a citizen of Norway, to get married here. You can get married all year around, and we help you find the best location. We also help you with the paperwork.
We organize legally binding weddings all over Norway, and you can choose if you want to get married outdoors, in a registrar's office or in a church (or even a stave church). We also arrange same sex weddings. If you want to get married before you come to Norway, we can also arrange a symbolic ceremony for you.
We are lucky to be in high demand, so we recommend booking us early to ensure we are available on the date of your wedding. Ask us if we have availability today.

How much does a car cost, and how long is a rope? The prices varies a lot depending on what you want to include in your wedding in Norway.
If you plan to invite 50 persons and have a budget of NOK 200.000, this is what it could look like:
Venue and dinner with beverages for 50 persons, from NOK 100.000
Ceremony, from NOK 6.000
Wedding photographer, from NOK 25.000
Stationery, from NOK 8.000
Wedding cake, from NOK 10.000
Flowers from NOK 12.000
Music during the ceremony, from NOK 8.000
Wedding planner is not included in the suggestion above, and our rate is between NOK 50.000 - 80.000.
Rings, attire, transportation and other things not mentioned above is not included.

We always agree on a fixed price, and we agree on this in advance. Tell us a bit more about you and your plans before we send you our offer.

We can schedule a video meeting where you can ask us about everything you need to know about getting married in Norway. This is a paid meeting, and the price is NOK 2.500.
Maybe you have questions about the paperwork in Norway, or you just want to know how to get started? Maybe you want us to suggest some nice venues in Norway or maybe you have questions about vendors? Let us know in advance what you want to talk about so that we can prepare ourselves before our meeting.
We schedule the meeting on a time suitable for you and you must specify in your request that you want a wedding consultation.
If you want to go ahead planning your wedding in Norway on your own after the meeting, of course you can do that. It's also possible upgrade the package and hire us as your wedding planner after the meeting. Then the amount paid will be included in our total package.

We facilitate legal civil ceremonies, church weddings, and humanist ceremonies. Naturally, we also orchestrate same-sex unions. Proficient in legal statutes and regulations, we guide you through the requisite documentation. Devoting ourselves full-time to your event, we devise inventive solutions and recommendations that may not have crossed your mind. We assume the role of project manager for your significant day, going above and beyond for our clients. We're the dependable partner you can rely on, engaging in collaborative discussions to find solutions right up until the wedding.

GET MARRIED IN NORTHERN NORWAY

VIKING WEDDING
Are you envisioning a Viking-themed wedding? Look no further – we're here to bring your dream to life! Picture the ceremony set against the stunning backdrop of a fjord, an awe-inspiring scene that will leave you breathless.
The symbolic ceremony will be presided over by a Viking, and a team of drum-bearing Vikings will stand as guards, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. A traditional mead toast will mark this special occasion.
For your reception, we have versatile options. A grand hall can accommodate up to 200 guests, while a more intimate setting can be arranged for a maximum of 25 individuals in a smaller venue.
For more intimate gatherings, such as elopements, a cozy and private Viking house can be the ideal setting for your wedding dinner.

For such a meeting we need more info in advance so that we can prepare ourselves before we talk.

If you have a limited budget we suggest a consultaion meeting, which is a paid meeting (NOK 2.500). The you can ask us about everything you want to know.
It's up to you where you want to meet us; this can always be done in our office or by phone (obviously), but also on WhatsApp, zoom, google etc.

When we start working on your wedding, we will send you links and we will negotiate prices on your behalf.

Wedding consultation
A wedding consultation is a paid meeting and the price is NOK 2.500. You can talk to us for an hour, and you pay for our expertise and time. Based on the information you give us in advance we always prepare ourselves before these meetings. You can talk about anything you want, and this can be a great way to find out all you need to know about getting married in Norway.
Maybe you find the paperwork for getting married in Norway difficult, or you just need help getting started. It can be difficult to sit in another country and plan a wedding. Maybe you think that your mother-in-law interferes too much, or that your fiancé participates too little, and that the planning is fussy. We have worked with weddings since 2002, and we know everything you need to know about weddings in Norway. We can help you suggest vendors and help you see the entire picture. Sometimes it can be a good idea to go through ideas with a neutral party. To be able to give you the information you need, let us know in advance what you want to talk about so that we can be prepared.
Send us a request with some information and specify that you want a wedding consultation. Let us know what date and time you wanna meet, and let’s start talking! We are all ears! After the meeting, we send you an invoice, and you can transfer the agreed amount to our account.
After the meeting we hope you are prepared for your wedding in Norway. It’s of course also possible to upgrade the package if you choose to use us as your wedding planner for the entire event after this meeting. The amount paid will naturally be included in the total package.
